FAQ
Are you realtors or brokers?
No. We are interested in purchasing your property direct from you, not listing it. This also means you save on fees associated through listing with a broker or realtor.
What am I obligated to?
Nothing! Calling, talking, receiving a written offer obligates you to nothing at all. You control how the talks go; we are just here to answer your questions and work through the process with you at your own pace. Obligations only begin once both sides have signed an agreement of sale (AOS).
What kind of information do you need to provide an offer?
Park address
Number of lots
Number of tenant-owned homes and park-owned homes
Lot rent/what is included
Utilities - public or private and how they billed
Any other buildings or single family homes included
What condition parks will you buy?
Just about any; do not let the current park condition prevent you from contacting us.
